Cannot restore

Hi - I am trying to restore my licence (on the same PC, after a rebuild) and I keep getting the same error - licence file is not valid and asking me if I want to pay for an upgrade. I have correctly restored i.e. clicked on the exe but same error. Please help - really frustrating that you have no specific support but this forum.

Welcome.  You have an MC18 license.  The restore code is 262Y3-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-ZPX92, which you can enter on the restore dialog (assuming MC18 uses it, I'm only sure about MC19).

The two most common reasons are a typo or wrong version.
