I don't know how many people work there, but they can deliver the service because Jim bought a jail and moved their new offices there. They check in at 6am and then are locked in their cells until midnight. They are, however, allowed 2 telephone calls throughout the day to their loved ones. Email is stricly forbidden. They get a decent lunch served to them at 1pm, and their trays are removed at 1:20. Each cell is monitored dilligently by Jim, who stays home (a lovely country home) to be with his lovely partner Elizabeth. You know that post about the new TV? That's to watch the staff every minute of every day via an extensive X-10 system. All staff must monitor this board at :10 and :40 minutes on the hour.
But it's not so bad. I hear they get an exercise period everyday (forced, but nonetheless...) and they are allowed to hang pictures on their cell walls. Some have even dug little holes between their cells and play thumbs with each other in a complex underground competition they have going. Jim knows nothing about this. Don't tell him.
