Help Displaying EQ with iMON Manager on VFD Display with JRiver MC19

I was wondering if there was a way to have iMon display the equalizer on my Antec Veris Elite VFD display with JRiver Media Center 19.

It will display artist, song title, duration and other information, as well as news and other functions, it just will not show the equalizer, and that is my favorite feature.

Currently I am running an optical cable from my Creative X-Fi Titanium HD to a external DAC then to a headphone amplifier. When opening the settings in iMon it does not give me the option to display EQ from an optical output, only SPDIF. I even made sure that under the equalizer settings that the "all Sounds" option was checked. Is there anyway to get the equalizer to display on my Antec Veris VFD display using JRiver Media Center 19?
