version 20 upgrade key not working

bought version 20 but mjr file is not working in version 19. It is handling it as playable file.

Some browsers rename the file.  It should have a .mjr extension.

It installed on my MC19 in Windows 8.1 with no issues for the record.

If you open version 19 what says it in registration info?
