Unable to upgrade
« on: August 12, 2014, 09:20:41 am »

Hello,

I have been attempting to upgrade v19 to 20 but after I fill out the upgrade page all I get is the following error:
--------------------------------------------------------
There is a problem with your information. Please check and try again.
Important: Your e-mail and password will be needed to restore, so please enter a valid e-mail address and a password you can remember.
--------------------------------------------------------

I have confirmed my e-mail is correct. I confirmed the Product Registration Code from v19 I entered was correct. I have added the correct credit card information and my name and address appear exactly as they do on my credit card statement. I have selected the correct credit card type as well. Could someone please help me with the processing of my upgrade. I have been unable to find a phone number or email address to talk to someone directly regarding this problem. I have been a long time J River customer and have not ever had this problem upgrading before.

Thank you!

Are you trying to use a Windows Registration Code to upgrade to Mac?  Or vice versa?  It isn't possible.

I'm having the same problem upgrading from 19 to 20. I do not remember what my password is. Is there a way to reset it or have it emailed to me?

When you purchase, you can enter any password.

To retrieve old licenses, visit the Restore Page and use option 2.
