Hello, I have had JRiver running beautifullly on one computer for years but it is our family laptop so I would like to load JRiver on a different computer. I have a little ACER with windows 8.1 but when I try to download JRiver, any version, I get an error message after saying 'file association cannot be made, fatal error..please install the latest version.

It extracts everything initially but when I press next with the intall (custom or express intall) that is when I get the error message. I don't have any of my music on this computer yet. Maybe it is picking up the server from my other computer and confused?
