Help Needed to Confirm Licensing
« on: September 06, 2014, 10:14:51 am »

I have MC 20 for Linux running fine with my license. But every time I try to confirm my MC 20 license for Windows, use the web-based license recovery forms etc, I get responses for MC 19 and not 20. Can anyone confirm for me which versions of MC I am licensed for and which platforms? If I am already licensed for MC 20 on Windows, then this would help me avoid upgrading twice and so just need support for finding/getting that license.

On the Restore Page, option #2 lets you e-mail yourself your licenses.

Maybe you used more than one address.

I am not asking for help on how to restore a licence, I am asking for help/clarification to confirm which license I have paid for. I cant seem to get a MC 20 license for Windows resent, but I do seem to have the 20 license for Linux just fine.

Am I already licensed for MC 20 on Windows?

Your forum email shows a purchase for MC16, MC17, and MC18.  Nothing newer.  Maybe you use a different email address though.

Jonny,
I've told you twice how to find your licenses.  I don't appreciate the attitude.  I've edited your post.

You may have used a different e-mail address.  Option 2 on the Restore Page will let you send yourself your licenses.  I wasn't telling you how to restore.

The questions you're asking are answered in many places on the forum.

Here are a few:
