Hi Bob.
First of all I have to say that JRiver best player I ever seen in the market especially for linux. But after I,ve recently updated to ver. 20.0.16 using my registration code on my 3 computers I have only 4 restores remaining. Please note that it's impossible to update software just from menu I always have an error (There was an error checking for updates.) So the only way is to use dpkg -r and dpkg -i. And the question is... Why the restore counter decrementing incorrectly? Obviously the counter should have 7 restores yet. Right?

Are you uninstalling before you install?  It isn't necessary.  Just install.

If you run out of restores, we can reset them.

Two issues with video playback on Arch Linux

1) Crash to Desktop when playing from a library server: In either XFCE or Gnome, when I play a video from a remote library (as a client) pressing stop results in mediacenter crashing to desktop.  I get the following in the journal:

Otherwise remote playback works great.  There's no issue or journal activity when playing a local video file.  Let me know if the dumps would be helpful

2) OSD problems:
a) In XFCE4 using compton as a compositor, I don't see the OSD or any on screen controls when video is playing.
b) By contrast, in Gnome 3.12, moving the mouse to the top of the screen displays the OSD, but it is left justified and hides the playing video (i.e. I just see the OSD in the top left corner of the desktop, with no video)
