Windows 8.1. although I rebooted, it seems in the software at least for me.
I noticed this on the last few times I tried to update, but didn't pay it any attention thinking the next update would fix it.
If I update from the downloaded file or update from eitihn the software, i goes to 33% install then finishes and says it's restarting MC 20... But on restart it gives the error msg: Failed to load JRTool. Then gives the option to retry or cancel. if i cancel it restarts with no problem... everything work great.
Just thought someone would have a solution. If this is not a known issue, I may uninstall the hold program and start at v.99 see if that helps
