Hi,

I am a relatively new user of JRiver MC. I bought my license (Windows Version) just last August 2014. Unfortunately, my windows based laptop died on me just a few weeks after purchasing the license to JRiver MC19.

I bought a Macbook to replace my old windows laptop. After reading through the FAQ, I found out that Windows and Mac have different licenses and I cannot use my windows license for my Mac.

Now my question is if it possible to request for my windows license to be converted to a mac license? I just feel its such a waste that I bought the windows license and not be able to use it, and have to buy a new license.

Mac and PC are separate licenses, and can't be exchanged.
