The first step is to try again with the current build, which is now 20.0.22.  The installer for this can be found in the thread pinned to this board with that name.

Unfortunately, that log zip file does not show a crash in either log file, and does not contain a crash dump, so it won't be extremely useful.

I realize it may be difficult to wade through due to the language barrier, but try to review:
http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_Guide

Pay particular attention to the difference between a crash and a hang.  If MC is hanging, not crashing, then the log won't contain the crash (because it didn't crash) and it is a very different set of troubleshooting steps required.

what hardware to you have? Tuner cards installed?  I had troubles with tuner card recently and it turned out to be a faulty card causing mC20 to be unhappy!

Is this crash?

I can't read Russian (guessing since it looks like Cyrillic).  Can you try to translate it, at least the buttons and titlebar?

It looks like a crash, probably, as it doesn't have two buttons.

The log zip file package contains a full accounting of the relevant hardware in your system, so we don't need that.  To diagnose the crash, we need the stuff referenced in the Troubleshooting Guide.  Try to make another log zip file just after it crashes and you re-open it, and post it again, along with as much of the detail as you can convey regarding what you've tried from the guide.

Thanks.

Yes, you're wright, it's Russian (my native language). Translation is: "Program "Media Center 20" has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

And on the button: "Close program".

I will try to do actions from Troubleshooting Guide. And I have attached last log file after a last crash.

That is a crash, not a hang, then.  I suspected as much from the look of the dialog.

That log has a Crash Dump, which is great.  I'll see what I can dig out of the System Info file, but definitely look through the guide and report back what you've come up with.  In particular, Anti-Virus applications can cause crashes if they're misbehaving, but go through the whole thing.  I edited it last night to try to make it more concise and relevant.

The crash dump is 0 bytes, which is not so great. And there isn't even a Previous Log.txt for the crash.

I can't attach full log.zip because of size limitations. That's why I have deleted previous log from archive. Here is the last log: https://mega.co.nz/#!l5Qw2BJD!hFtekjEfaI-sfGq3RwqbE1VprUDqAH_OpUX9hlZ1q0k

This is the crash:
22401479: 1696: Import: GetMissingAndUpdateFiles: Start
22401479: 1696: General: TopLevelExceptionFilter: Unhandled exception -- program crashing
22401494: 1696: General: TopLevelExceptionFilter: Message: 275, wParam: 6000, lParam: 0

The dump file is corrupt (0 bytes).

I have no idea what would crash in GetMissingAndUpdateFiles.

Next build I'll put a little more logging in.  Let's see if it happens again then.

Till now with disabled auto-import there was no crashes. But I need this functionality to be enabled. Is it possible to fix it? Now I will update to 20.0.27 and will turn "ON" auto-import. Will post later with results.

Your crash dumps are always 0 bytes, and without them we cannot see the reason for the crash.

Follow the Troubleshooting Guide, try disabling any security software (Antivirus, etc), and see if anything changes.
Matt added new logging to the next build, we'll need to wait until thats available to see more.
