Tell us a little bit more about your computer, which OS, does it have enough disk space.
Are your antivirus program interfering ? Did you install the MC20 version on top of this board ?
Did you have a look at the FAQ, there are a lot of answers in there for all sorts of problems.
Maybe you already thought of all this, but your posting leaves very little to work on.
