install key

I purchased MC 19 and it seems to work fine this morning I went to use it and got a message that my trial had expired so I filled out the form and received an email with an attachment I think has the install code but I cannot open it on either my mac or pc

I know some of my difficulties are my lack of being a computer genius but the average user me shouldn't have so much trouble.

OK I put in the 30 digit code on the page in your response then went to use jriver and it asked me for it again the second time it asked if I wanted to buy the upgrade? I thought that MC 19 would still work so I declined that generated 2 more emails with an attachment that won't open do I need to upgrade?

Please read the link carefully.  It sounds like you may be using an MC19 license with MC20.

If the mjr attachment won't open, it means that MC isn't installed, or that your browser isn't handling the attachment correctly.  Try using IE.
