Upgrade from MC15 to MC20

When I checked for updates through MC15, said I could upgrade to the latest version for 26.98. Now that I have upgraded there is no place to pay just 26.98?
Please provide the info for paying the 26.98.

If you have installed MC20, restore your MC15 license.  Then you should see an upgrade price.

Well that didn't work. Double click on the MJR file to restore gets me: Your license file is not valid for Media Center. Do you want to purchase an upgrade? I then choose yes, this gets me to the standard Purchase and License. That page shows nothing of the 26.98 upgrade cost.
