Does anyone know where I can find all the switches for MC20.exe (such as... MC20.exe /MinMax)?

Have looked in the Wiki & FAQ's plus a general search but nothing shows up.

The brand new MinMax and StartMax commands haven't been added yet, but the remainder is comprehensive.

A Google search is usually my first choice but in this case I thought I would bypass the middleman & go right to the horses mouth.
