I noticed that MC20 - when playing audio using "memory playback" - correctly allocates RAM space as needed for the size of the one track that is loaded into memory.
Normally, I cannot see how much memory is used during video playback, because I use full screen exclusive mode.
However, due to another issue, I checked. For playback of a 1.6gb video file, MC20 was using a total of about 1gb of RAM.
Is memory playback being used for the audio portion of a video, when memory playback is checked ?
Or does MC20 read a large part of the video into RAM ?
(I'm using Build 87 and madVR/Red October HQ)
