It is on my server (Windows 2012 r2 in an ESXi).
It happens sometime when a client with connected Library is quited.
No Playback on the server.

Log is activated, when it happened the next time I can send it.

Have you modified the OS?

Edit: ESXi is a virtual machine. 

This isn't supported, even though it may have worked.

Hi,
the OS is not modified, its my server.
If this would not work anymore I send you a bill for a new server with Windows 2012 Bare metal when this is the only solution...
I use this as a media server for my complete house, this is why I use JRiver (the Server/Client concept).
Why should this not be supportet?

You can certainly use a VM, as long as it has sufficient power to run MC.  I use VMs with MC all the time.  Not sure where you got that.

The part on the wiki I was pointing the OP to was:

JRiver does not support running Media Center on Windows Server in Core Mode, or with any kind of third-party OS "enhancer" utilities. If you are doing either of these things, then we will be unable to assist you with any issues you encounter.

maybe but JRiver is not meant to be installed on a "server" or NAS. You might be able to make it work on Window servers, but there are too many variables to be able to support it.

The point is that windows server editions are not recommended or supported.

There are some audiophile threads on other forums that promote use of Windows Server.  They are misguided.  There is no advantage to using Windows Server, and there are some disadvantages.  It's not meant to be used for a consumer application.

JRiver recommends using Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Once you begin using virtual machines, you're on your own.  If the vm software works, MC will probably work.
