Go to View > Size > and adjust the size of the skin until it's right for you again.

Since 20.0.84 MC now scales up non-retina skins based on your Windows scale setting.
There are some problems to be worked out.

Revert to 20.0.80 for now.

So it is skin-based, aha! OK, th eproblem is the skin I use, black and blue or something like that is not supporting to resize. So I gues I have to go back to 20.0.80 as you mentioned 6233638. Thank you very much.
By the way, I have never revert any update yet. Is it easy to do?

Hello again
OK, it was no problem to revert to older version. And now it is correct size again. I hope this will be fixed because I really like this skin. Thank you very much for the support both of you!

If anyone else is wondering about this, all you have to do is install the old version on top of your existing install.
You don't have to worry about uninstalling the old version first.

Dear all
Is there any news about this issue, please see below. Is it solved yet so that I can make an update?

generally seems ok now without hacking font sizes or scaling but I think it might depend on which skin you use

most of the details are in http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=96327.0

Have you given build 20.0.93 a try?

I had the same issue and had to revert to 20.0.80
The question is now if I have to invest time and search with every new version that comes, to verify if it will work with my chosen Skin. Kind of frustrating. Or if J River will inform.

There were some big changes for high definition displays.  Retina on Mac, 4K TV's, etc.

Each build has fixed some of the problems.

20.0.93 is on the download page.  It should be pretty good.  Use the Noire skin for testing.  Other skins will need to be tweaked.

Set windows scaling to 100%.

I very much like the blue and black-skin so I guess there will be problems with that then if you say the noire is the only one without problem?

I tried the latest version with several skins (Gold LP, Black on Black, Thunderstorm...) and still same problem.
So I have had to reinstall 20.0.80 and disable automatic update.
To sum it up, it makes it impossible for me to use new versions of J River. Not fun, since I like the program.
The question is, is there a plan to solve the problem?

I believe they're working to get some of the alternate skins to work with the new scaling changes.  I'm not sure if they're going to do all of them, but I bet Black-on-Black would make the cut.

For now, Noire will be the most reliable, if that's all you want.  Bug reports with others would be appreciated, I expect.

FWIW, for me on 20.0.103, checked briefly:

* Noire is fine at 100%
* Black on Black is fine at 100%.
* Blue Steel is fine at 100%.
* Thunderstorm is fine at 100%.

So, if you're not seeing that (and you're sure you tried build 103, which just came out), we'll need more detail.

I would appreciate if the Blue and Black skin would work as well. That is my absolute favourite.

PixOS and Z have been updated recently, and Blue Steel, Black on Black, Thunderstorm and Aruba will be updated to support High-DPI in the next build.

As glynor said, if you are having problems, please be extra specific, so that we can address them.

My skin is Black and Blue.  I have to revert back to version 20.0.80 in order to be able to use the Balck and Blue skin. I am still using that version.

I use windows 7, 64-bit.

What else do you need to know?

Hi Glynor,

I am trying to get help with a font problem which I think is caused by networking a library.

If I change size on my desktop then later go to the HTPC everything is too small if I correct the HTPC everything on the desk top is huge.

Also there are no other fonts available on either machine.

I installed 103 on a seperate laptop without using the same library and everything works perfectly.

Help

* Blue Steel is fine at 100%.

Please use a supported skin right now.  Noire, PixOS, or Z will work best.

Dear Jim
Are there plans to fix the Black and Blue also later? And in that case about when?
I stay with the version 20.0.80 until that. Really prefer that before the others.
