New IR Remote - Help needed.

Hi there. One of my MCE remotes failed, so I've purchased a generic PC remote.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/DIGIFLEX-Computer-Control-Center-Controller/forum/Fx31JI4RM7Q27G0/-/1/ref=cm_cd_ql_psf_ql_pg1?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B004B9FPIS&cdAnchor=B004B9FPIS&cdSort=best
There are no manufacturers details, and the instructions are minimal, but mapping to a Harmony, one Amazon user used the profile Chinavision CVSB-983
Works a treat for controlling MC20, but with one small hiccup. the Power button, shuts down the PC, rather than going into Standby. Anyone got any bright ideas about how I might add Standby (and resume) for this remote. There are plenty of buttons that could be remapped if necessary.
I've tried WinLIRC but I don't seem to be able to find a profile for the remote

You should be able to set the behavior on the PC.
