Hello,
I have a starnge behaviour of my Jriver20.
Till yesterday everything was fine.

Since yesterday it impossible to use JRiver and I receive a message "another JRiver is running".

Finally I unistalled the program and tried to install again from zero, dowloaded a fresh Jriver20xxxx.exe from the website.
But the install program says the same thing "there is another JRiver running" ... and it is impossible to stop.
.... but I have unistalled.

Powered off the laptop, checked in the installed programs and there isn't any mediacenter or JRiver.
Checked also the activity manager (I don't know if it is the right translation) but no open process with JRiver, no any service with JRiver.

Another strange behavuiour: I have the master license code. I tried to enter to the restore page and I received the message "invalid Key".
I asked for another one and I receive - of course - exactly the same.

Any idea?

I am in Windows 8.1 and the laptop is stable, no any other strange behaviour.
