Problems restoring
« on: July 22, 2015, 07:59:55 pm »

So I bought JRiver back in Feb, and recently my hard drive died and had to be replaced. After getting everything set up again I tried to re-install JRiver, and it said I had no purchases associated with my email address. Anyway I could get some help with this?

Thanks!

Do you still have the email you got from JRiver in February?  The email that JRiver sent you should have the license code in it.  Using that, on the restore page, you can get a new install key mailed to you.

No, I cant seem to find any email about me actually buying it. I can find emails asking me to buy it during the trial period though. I haven't changed my address either.

I can't find a license for the email you use for the forum.  Please let me know any others I can look for.

I can find the purchase on my bank account, so I know I bought it and didn't somehow through some fluke get it for free. The purchase date was Feb 20 if that helps at all.

Check your email again.  There was a typo in the address with which it was registered.  Fixed now.

It's the same as your forum address.
