Labler problems
« on: December 03, 2002, 03:37:35 pm »

hi-
i am using the CD labler for the first time....everything seems to work fine but when i print out, none of the associated graphics come out...only the text.

it doesn't matter if i use the built-in graphics or call up a file of my own.  i have a HP PSC 750 printer with which i have never had any other issues.

any ideas why this may be happening?
thanks

What graphic format are you using?  BMP, JPG?  Have you tried others?

Can you post your system info here (from the MJ help menu)? Also, if you could save your label file and email that to me along with your graphics I could test it here.

Thanks,

Upgrade to build 393...I think it took care of that. You may want to update your ASPI to v4.72 (from Adaptec site...make sure MJ is not running when you update it).

Did you check the HP site to see if you can update the printer driver?

freg

This may seem like a stupid statement.

But, have you selected the  "Print background image" and "Use cover art in the cd wizard?

Can you borrow another printer to see if it's a problem with the printer or with MJ?

I remember a similar problem from around a year ago.  I think it was an HP printer.  You might try a search here.
