Client Side Scripting in Chrome...
« on: March 03, 2011, 03:08:51 pm »

Now that my Theater View plugin project was abruptly terminated by the change of browser core, I'm wondering, does anybody have any experience with chrome client side scripting?

What type of Java Script equivalent language runs smoothly in chrome?

Is it even possible to use the MC automation COM object from within Chrome?

Sctim's Filebrowser plugin had all the tricks needed to do practically anything.  What now?

There is about a 50/50 chance that we will be able to support IE as well as the Chromium browser core.  Give us a few weeks.

It's also more likely now that Microsoft will fix the problem in IE9.  They have acknowledged it.

That's good.  I didn't see that.  Link?
