Restore page does not recognise e-mail address

Lost license with hard drive crash. Do not have backup copy and web site does not know of e-mail address. Only confirmation is bank statement with $24.95 to JRiver on 4/23/02.  E-mail has to be correct --remember getting e-mail confirmation--planned on baking up pc but waited too late. Can anyone provide help without re-purchasing again.

You probably have the older 8.0 license.  It can be converted.  Contact gateley @ jriver.com with as much detail as you know.  Don't send your credit card.
