Trial period lapsed.
« on: August 18, 2018, 01:27:36 am »

Some time ago I installed Media Centre, but could not get it working. Thought I would wait until a new version was available and try again. After downloading and installing the new version I am advised the time period has expired. Am I able to again have a trial period.

No.  You can try it on another machine if you have one.

What didn't work?

No other machine. Program wouldn't work at all. Thought JRiver monitored posts and would offer assistance by extending the trial period so I could try the newer version.

We can't extend it.  Sorry.

No other machine.

You could try running a new copy of the OS in a virtual machine on the PC you have.. . .

Not ideal, and a bit of work if you've not done it before, but would get you out of a pickle. I have some videos in my footer that show it in action (JR don't publish their own  :'( ) That may convince you to take the plunge . . .  :D
