Can't purchase/register MC11

Hi there.  I purchased MC10, but have mostly been using MC11 on a 30 day trial.  My trial has expired so I get the registration dialog when I try to start the app.  When I hit the "BUY NOW" button,  the dialog goes away and nothing happens.  I am using Firefix as my browser if that makes a difference. 

Can someone tell me what I have to do to complete the upgrade?

I have looked on the web site and have scanned this group but can not find any info.....

I am using Firefox as my browser if that makes a difference. 
Please try IE.

How do I try IE?  I don't know the correct URL to goto.  Do I have to set IE as the default browser to then be able to hit the BUY NOW button?  I am trying to temporarily set IE as the default browser, but this is not working correctly.....

My IE is jacked up......  Even when I set it as the default browser, clicking a link (like in an email) results in an empty Window even though I can launch IE and manually browse to any site.  Is there a URL that I can put in manually?

I suppose the URL includes information about your current registration status and is hidden from the user.

One thing worth of trying could be uninstalling Firefox temporally, updating all IE components to the latest from Windows update site (this might return IE to its default state) and buying MC before reinstalling Firefox. You can backup and restore your Firefox bookmarks in its Bookmarks Manager.

Thanks for the suggestion.  Not sure if that would work since I have my computer on auto update so it is always latest config.   I will play around and see if J River does not provide an alternate means to purchase in the next day or so.

J River - HELP PLEASE.  I have made IE my default browser but still nothing happens when I click the BUY NOW button.  I have spend 2 to 3 hours trying to make this work.

 I am trying to spend my money with you and upgrade to MC11.  Please provide me with an alternate method to make this purchase.

I don't know what the problem is, but I don't believe it's on our end.  Try reading other posts, removing virus checkers, pop-up blockers, anything you can think of to simplify your system.

I understand, nor did I imply that the problem was on your end.   What I specifically asked for help with was an alternate method to make the purchase.

No worries, I was able to get this done buy downloading and installing on a second computer and then using the license file on the computer with the problem.
