Don't know if was the latest upgrade or what, but now every time that I try to FF, REW, or change chapters in a movie, JRiver freezes and have to close the program and open it again but ... the history repeats itself; any idea why?. Until today never happens this in my system. Your help will be apreciated

Presume you are on version 163 -- if not please install it from the top of the board.

If you have this version, already installed, please roll back your library to the most recent prior version. If this resolves the problem, could you please indicate what version works for you.

Also is this just for video playback or is audio also affected.

I have the .163 and roll back to .162 and the problem is still there. Audio works perfect. What I just found is that this problem only affects to regular DVDs, not blurays ...... I unistall my antivirus and nothing changes. I didn't install new programs in my computer recently so thats not a reason .... any ideas?, I really don't understand whats going on here.

sorry if you rolled back to when it worked, got to be on your side .. sort of hard to pin down.

Maybe some video specialist can chime in .. curious it works with Bluray and not DVD though.

Where are you in the program?  Standard View?

What are you using for control?  Mouse?  Remote?  Did you try anything else?

What file types?  Just one or all?

What file types?  Just one or all?: 95% of my files are ISO standard and blurays.

Remember that this was working perfect until a week ago that I found the problem. Nothing changes in my system.
