Matt / Jim and the rest of the team,

Whilst preparing for an off road trip to the (now) winter iceland of Lesotho (rarity in Africa but perhaps a useful use case) and in the act of really quickly selecting a forgottent MUST HAVE artist, (Flac from library), queuing for 3 different devices for kids (Ipod, Windows phone, MP3) with diffent encoding / bit rates, I realised just how perfectly simple it it to do exactly what I want to do. From your perspective hardly cutting edge (V10?) but from an impact in my life, fundamental! I'm always bitching about how this tech (esp playlists) can / should be better but actually you have seriously reached beyond software into improving my life that I consider the dev team as my trusted friends already. Sorry we focus on the negatives always...

If you ever venture south, I'm buying.

Take care, Mitch

Thanks Mitch.

It's nice to get a warm fuzzy once in a while, because we're so focused on the one thing that doesn't work instead of the 1000 things that do work.

Cheers.
