Hello, looked around and didn't see a current post with the same problem I have.
I tried to upgrade my master license through the correct page per the instructions provided, but once payment is complete and returns to JRiver, I see the error
The information we sent to PayPal and the information we received back don't match.
This was from my phone a few hours ago.
I then tried to look up my transaction ID a few minutes ago, but it claims it cannot be found.
To be sure, I tried purchasing once more, but via my web browser. The same error occurred. I don't see any typos and money has indeed left my account. So now I have paid for two master licenses, but am unable to receive them.
Could I please get some assistance?
