No emails.

I've been using MC for several years now, I've renewed/upgraded the license every year the latest being a pre-order for 22 Master Licence. I was never informed of 22's formal release, nor of a pre-order for 23.

Can someone drop me a line so I can find out why I've been left in the dark...?

Sorry about that.

Possibilities:
1.  Trapped by your ISP as SPAM
2.  Trapped by your e-mail client as SPAM
3.  Put it to an incorrect folder by your e-mail client
4.  You unsubscribed from our list
5.  You changed your e-mail address
6.  Something broken on our end

Sorry about that.

Possibilities:
1.  Trapped by your ISP as SPAM
2.  Trapped by your e-mail client as SPAM
3.  Put it to an incorrect folder by your e-mail client
4.  You unsubscribed from our list
5.  You changed your e-mail address
6.  Something broken on our end

Thanks, possibilities 1, 2, 3 are not applicable due to the way my emails are managed :D.
4, I've not unsubscribed
5, My email address is way too cool, like me.  :P .
6, I can't confirm that I am still on your mailing list or that anything has been sent to me since 27th May 2016. I have however received Temporary Install Keys (for 21/22) on the 10th of July 2016 and 24th of July 2017.

I did, thank you very much indeed.

 I receive temporary install key emails from the buy-button@jriver.com without issue, mlist@listserver.jriver.com may be where the problem is, I have double checked my spam setting and I should be fine to receive.

Issue would appear to be resolved now, yesterday I received an email with the subject "JRiver -- Stability and Dimension".
