So here is the situation
I have MC20 and foobar on a windows pc and daphile on another
Though Daphile is amazing it can't play SACD/Audio-DVD/audio Bluray ISO files
So i'm considering upgrading to MC24 /25
but I don't know if it will be better on Windows10 or debian to be as close as it can be to bit perfect
Is there a difference between MC on windows and Linux

For audio I believe Windows and Linux versions are the same. There are (I believe) limitations with video and TV (?) on Linux; please check the specs to be sure.
