Crash with VPN
« on: April 11, 2019, 10:14:24 am »

I installed Ubuntu 18.04.2 64 bit LTS GNU/Linux and Private Internet Access VPN version 1.1.1 64 bit. I have JRiver Media Center 24.0.78 64 bit installed. Every time I play a video while connected to my VPN, it keeps crashing. How do I get technical information to you guys to troubleshoot this issue? I need to find a solution so it just works again. Thanks.

Does it work without the VPN?

It just works when I disconnect from PIA VPN.

I thought that this technical issue was solved with version 20. How do I get technical information to you guys to fix it?

I don't think that's our problem to fix.  Sorry.

I'm just guessing but MC will NOT redo all of it's network listeners, uPnP services, etc when the default network changes so I think if you start MC after you start the VPN it might work.
