I feel like I need to defend Roon's local media management. I contacted their CS when I was having problems trying to manage my library. Specifically I have a folder with a lot of tracks in it, but that I don't want to view in my library. I was told all I have to do is delete the folder on the disk. Easy.

But seriously, having tried Roon briefly a couple times, my impression is that the artist:engineer ratio working at Roon and JRiver is flipped.
