I just re-sent your licenses to the arr* address.
That is strange. I never received the email. the arr* email is the one I've used to purchase upgrades in the past.
The last successful email I received at that address from JRiver was on December 1st. I downloaded MC31 to a new computer, providing my v31 license. it included an MC31 mjr file.
The arrl email is an alias, which points to my provider email. I am currently receiving emails to that address, so there is no problem with it.
Checked spam for MC emails, and they are not being diverted.
When I upgraded to v32, I provided my address, email address, and cell phone, so I must be on file. I was redirected to paypal for payment, which was completed. I was then redirected back to JRiver, but that's were it ended. no emails....
Is it possible that there was an issue in processing my order on the JRiver side, even though I was routed to Paypal for payment?
That's the only thing I can think of...
