I recently followed the link from an email to pre purchase a V33 license, I did so, I received a receipt but no license so far - historically it was instant.

I do have the receipt but I am not posting it in a public forum.

Exactly the same just happened to me.... I usually get the email almost immediately with the registration code after I pay.... Today, as always I paid thru paypal with a credit card.  But I received no license code.

Search your spam folder.  The message comes from buy-button

Same here as well (before seeing this thread, I sent an email about this to info@jriver.com -- the address on the PayPal receipt)

I tried that, but it only had licenses through V32.

I tried retrieving all my license codes and similarly the last one is V32

I can see the attempted purchases, but Paypal is not completing the transactions.

I did Jabba's manually and it worked.  Did you see email?
