What's "Images" supposed to do?

In the tree under Media Library?  For rhe life of me, I have not gotten anything to show here.  Is it for cover art or personal pictures?  How can I tell it where to look?

It's for digital camera pictures and other images.

Try checking some image types like jpg and gif.  Then import again.
