Help with Remote Plug In selection

What Plugin do I need for Media Centre 11  so my ATi Remote Wonder will work

I went to this site http://catsoft.wz.cz/sp/downloads_others.htm, and  tried to download and run the Key Factory and Key Master as I got the impression that I need them both.  I was unable to down load either.

I just tried downloading. Both were downloaded easily. You may want to try again.

I installed the Key Factory just fine but I don't understand how to install the Key Master. There seems to be some conflict in the instructions.  I don't see how this is going to get my Media Centre 11 working with my ATi remote wonder without installing the ATi Driver.
