Best way to upgrade 7.2 to 8.

I will take up Matt's suggestion in other post and upgrade once again to 8.0 instead of trying to get plug-in for 7.2.
Can some simple pointers be posted be posted here as to what is teh best way to do upgrade (install over, uninstall/install, etc.). It would be helpful to have a link "Upgrade from 7.2" on the WEB site because web site seems to cater only to new customers.

Download the version from the downloads page, and just install it.
