If you have an MC18 license installed there is no need to install the new license.

Hey!  Getting ready to update to 19.  Ive been around since MJ7.  Really a great product and handles my 125K files with ease.  I cannot imagine my life without JRiver.  Great job guys and thanks for the years of great service!!  -Spiffy

I'm confused ... I'm seeing an offer to upgrade for $18.98 Thread Topic: "Pre-order for the best price of the year" yet when I click through the upgrade price becomes $22.98.

Which is it, please.

I was thinking to upgrade but with this increase, I will wait. I checked my notification email and there was NO mentioned any date...Guys, to be fair you should put this in your email. First, you ask for hypothetical upgrade which is not available and you should at least mention what features will have. Now, you increase the upgrade again still not availbale and no any info...? Common ...

I bought an HP Touch Screen All in One from my brother. It has 18 on it registered to him. When I get around to upgrading the PCs around the house to 19 in the next few days will I need to deal with that one different?

I have order the pre order of the MC 19 and the e-mail you send it to me have been missplace it. I hope you can send me another e-mail with the Registration codes for me at [email removed] another times.

Hello,

 
I pre ordered MC19 for the special upgrade price of $18.98.
I noticed that  $39.98 was taken from my creditcard.
I received a code but I still dont have MC 19
 
How can this be solved
