Help with billing issue

I purchased the MC20 upgrade on 8/10 for $18.98.  I left the tab with the registration code open and put my laptop to sleep.  On 8/15 when I opened my laptop, windows rebooted to finished an update.  When I reopened my browser the tab reloaded and I was charged another $21.98.  I was never asked for any confirmation it just went ahead and charged me again.  I've learned don't leave the darn registration page open !!

How can I get some help in resolving this issue.

Please send your details to Deanna at jriver.  Let her know how you paid, but don't include any credit card info.

She will fix it tomorrow.  Thanks for the purchase.
