I was in New York City this week, for both business and pleasure. I asked a friend, who makes art and teaches it, to have dinner. We walked around Chelsea for a few hours before we had a drink and then went to dinner.
The most amazing thing we saw was at this gallery:

http://pix01.com/O91%40JzwSThere were five or six plexiglass boxes, on stands, around the room. Each had a light source, and it projected an image above or below.
It was like a scene from a science fiction movie. Pools of light around the room.
When you approached each box, you found that it was filled with spider webs. The artist who had made the boxes had placed spiders in the boxes to make webs. Sometimes one had been resident for a few months, and then another took her/his place. These combinations of web styles were amazing.
