Just tested to restore database and run import and maybe half of my albums got reimported

CUE tracks will get reimported as filename semi-colon number files.

Remove the old records that don't have the semi-colon.

But that will take a month

I have to locate all double entries and then fix Album names that are not correct, missing covers fixing incorrect years.

If you are happy with how your library was prior to this update, the alternative is to use this Smartlist to isolate the newly imported CUE Files, and then remove them from the library: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=93148
You may have to modify the Smartlist to something other than the "last 3 days" depending on when you updated to a build with the new CUE changes.
