Registration Code stopped working
« on: September 21, 2015, 09:52:26 pm »

I bought BOUGHT MC-20 after June 8 and installed MC-21 later sucessfully.  Now it has reverted to a trial version and my MC-20 key (which was supposed to be good for MC-21) will not work nor restore.  MC-21 says code not valid, even ones sent with restore (3 tries).

You need to restore by using your MC21 Registration Code.  See Restoring a License on our wiki.

Since I bought MC-20 after June 8, my MC-20 code, I was told, was supposed to work with MC-211

Since I bought MC-20 after June 8, my MC-20 code, I was told, was supposed to work with MC-21 when it came out.  It did, I downloaded it, and the MC-20 code worked.  Now my MC-21 has reverted to a trail version and even with restore, MC-21 rejects it.  I have receipt emails from you showing I bought MC-20 after June 8.   Restore does not work -- it continues to give me the MC-20 code, which MC-21 rejects.

I need a code that makes my MC-21 work again.  Thanks.

Make sure you have MC21 installed and then restore your license.

MC-21 installed. But after Windows 10, license on MC-21 disappeared and will not re-license.

Restore?  Done that many times -- JRiver sends email to restore the MC-20 .mjr file and but then says:  "license is not valid for MC-21."

MC-21 program INSTALL LICENSE (under "Help") will not allow paste in of the MC-20 code, and rejects typed-in code.

MC-21 and JRiver restore downloads do not recognize that my MC-20 code (bought after June 8) is valid for MC-21.

Seems that I will have to now buy a MC-21 upgrade, even though JRiver promised me a late upgrade to MC-20 would be valid for MC-20.  Disappointing, at least.

Under the circumstances, can you email me a MC-21 code that works?

I found 3 licenses for your email address, but none is for MC21.  Your last purchase was in July of 2014.

You can purchase an upgrade for $22.98 or download and install MC20.

If you believe you have an MC21 license, please email me the details.  I'm jimh at jriver .
