Master licence

Hello..
I just bought a master licence (i was on Window)
Now I want to activate the trial version on my Mac, but when I put the registration code
A message said is no valid....
Help!!!! :'(

Please download and install MC21 for Mac.  Then restore your license.

We could not find that license.
 ?
The master registration code I receve is not good, for both Windows and Mac
When I put the old code is OK, but is for Window, but I need for Mac
