streaming/downloading music of cd resolution & higher

Someone please help me. I'm 71 yrs old and not PC proficient. I'll stream or download music from my pc thru a Mojo Dac/ Headph amp.  I need step-by step help. Don't know where to find JRiver' music nor how to stream or down load it, or how to set up my music library. Other than that, I'm in great shape!
