License Servers having trouble?
« on: August 24, 2018, 11:49:13 am »

My version of JRiver is up but I can't login via the Android EOS Remote.

This is happening on two library server instances of EOS and on multiple devices.

So I am assuming the license server is again having problems (as it did on 8/21)?

I verified thru a Port checking tool that Port 52199 is open for JRiver

So I am assuming the license server is again having problems (as it did on 8/21 as shown in the following link) ?

thanks

The server that hosts the Access Keys was re-built.  It's coming up, piece by piece today.  Please try again from time to time.

In the meantime, you can probably use the IP address of your server (followed by :52199).

I'm very sorry for the problem.

I know you guys are trying your best to get things up quickly. Currently I am having troubles with the following:

Installing a new license
Playing video files because the additional components are not being fetched.

Fetching LAV etc. is working now.

Honestly, I'd just wait for the servers to be brought back up online. It shouldn't take much longer, hopefully.

You can follow the progress here: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,117123.0.html
The access key server is up as well as the registration/commerce server (except for paypal).

Today I am getting a popup I have never seen before when starting MC24 on my Win7 PC.  It asks if I want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely.  I said yes.. I am assuming this is related to the restoration work you are doing but I would like to be sure it is not something else..... Can you please confirm?
