Crash upon Start Up

I just installed JRiver on my Microsoft Surface Pro running windows 10 and upon opening the program, it promptly closes.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times as well as tried an earlier version.

Did you try the 32 bit version of MC?

Same issue.  Program launches and then quickly closes

Yes.  I just downloaded some tracks from HD Tracks and the JRiver portion of their software launched and functioned fine.  The media player still crashes immediately after launching.

Sounds like a CPU issue.
What is the exact CPU model for your device?
