Paid upgrades

My online record of the versions I have paid for shows that I have all versions up to and including Version 28 but when I load MC, I get the attached message.  How do I find a route to what the message is telling me?  I am assuming that I should be able to download a later version.

Thanks for this.
Unfortunately I have tried all this.  I can download all the later versions but as my records show that I only have access to 28 and before, I can not activate them.
Why therefore when I open MC 28 (my latest) is it saying that I have paid access to later versions.  It just does not seem to make sense.
Any further help would be gratefully received.
Obviously if I should be running a later version it would not make sense not to use it.

If you only have an MC28 license, you can download MC28.  See "Old Versions" on the wiki.

The message only means that newer versions are available, but not for free.

I recall other users being confused by the wording in this dialog in the past as well:
"Paid upgrade to the latest version version available" does sort of imply the latest version has been paid for, and is now available.

Perhaps tweaking the wording slightly would help? "A newer MC version is available - to purchase, click on More Information below"
