converting flac to mp3

I'M trying to download a Cloud playlist from JRiver media centre 31 to a usb stick. I know the cloudplay playlist are flac and they have to be converted to mp3 but have tryed numerous different ways and cannot get the playlist to download and convert to a mp3 file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Gary

Don't think you can since all the files from a Cloudplay playlist are located at an internet address. 

Though you have downloaded the playlist, the files are still at the JRiver MC server.

You can't save Cloudplay files on a USB stick.

You could play them from our server wherever you are.  You need JRiver installed to do that.

Thanks for that information.  I can just look the songs up on youtube and then convert and download. Just thought maybe there was a way to download direct from JRiver site.
