Long time user, Been using MC since MC19, Always able to select a file, pull up cover art, select get from internet and then select best art option. 
When I first had MC27 it was working fine. Then stopped working. I was informed I would have to upgrade to 31 in order to continue getting Cover art. 
I bought 31 and installed on win 10 after deleting 27  (same PC I had 27 on) that was approx 4-6 months ago and I have yet to be able to add a single bit of cover art
I am not the smartest guy with PC use but I have been able to muddle through

My Setup is win 10  with Ext Hard Drive that contains all my FLAC files, PC connects to my DAC Via USB DAC is AGDM7S.  Monitor is connected via HDMI and display port adapter

Windows defender is Off and there is NO anti Virus on my music PC.......................It Rarely ever goes Online and only to look up cover art which is not working

Literally just tried it again, and as always it goes straight to "Your Library, No Cover art" this happens for every LP I try to lookup. Including LP's I KNOW had cover art in the server for past versions

You might want to update your MC31 if you're still using 31.0.43, as the last/latest version is 31.0.87.

Works fine for me with 31.0.87
